Thank you for choosing Crack Seed Center! We are committed to providing you with the best-quality food products and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

Due to the perishable nature of our products and in compliance with food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has left our store or warehouse. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange after the order has been shipped for food safety reasons.

We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. If you notice any issues with your order—such as incorrect items, quality concerns, or damage—please contact us immediately at 808-949-7200 or info@crackseedcenter.com within 12 hours of receiving your order. We will work closely with you to address the issue and find a suitable solution in accordance with food safety regulations.

Please note that orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement, before they are processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
